Horsman Inc Doll Possibly 2480 Can't Read 1st #

I am looking for a doll I had as a child. Mine is in pretty sad shape (well loved I guess). She has white hair and blue eyes that open and close. She has a twisting neck, cloth body with hard plastic legs and arms. She used to make noise when you turned her upside down and right side up...like ma-ma. If anyone knows about this doll, I would appreciate it! The correct model number would be great. All I can read is Horsman Dolls, Inc 87201 on the base of the back of her headand up higher it says 2480 New 17 EYE I think.
