Trying To Help Friend Find Ashton Drake Doll

Have searched to no avail, don't know the name of doll. Have pict. Blonde curly hair with bangs, denim type sailor cap with tweety on it, overalls with tweety on front, pink long sleeve t-shirt, holding a small stuffed tweety, and barefeet. Even knowing the name might help us on the search, if anyone can help with name and confirm it is an Ashton Drake doll. thank you.
