I just care that their "make-up" and "features" are well painted on(no peeling or "rub-off" spots)
If her facial paint is generally faded, that's o.k. too (as long as ALL HER PAINT IS THERE) and a STRONG "UNCRACKED" NOT BROKEN NECK is A MUST.
