Spectacular Fourteen Inch Effanbee Patsy Doll
What an absolutely gorgeous and adorable composition Effanbee Patsy doll this is! She stands fourteen inches tall and her stringing is excellent and she poses very well on her own. She is marked on the back of her with the typical Effanbee Patsy markings. She looks to be wearing an original Patsy dress but I can't be sure as the dress isn't marked. She is also wearing a precious bright red coat and matching tam style hat that has been custom made and is just stunning on her. She is also wearing white Patsy styled shoes and vintage styled stockings. Just look at her photos and you will see what fantastic condition she is in. No cracking or crazing and her beautiful red molded hair has no rubs. Also as you can see in her photos her face is absolutely adorable and her coloring is natural and vibrant. Patsy dolls when first produced and even today one of the hottest dolls on the market and is just as popular today as when they were first manufactured.
