Found in an attic at an estate sale along with another identical one except this doesn't have the Christmas box on the display box. A doll just like her is shown in Judith Izen's book "American Character Dolls" on page 43. This is an absolutely stunning mint in the box baby doll with all her original accessories and beautiful blond 11 1/2” vinyl body UNPLAYED WITH Tiny Tears by American Character from 1961. The package still has its original cellophane completely intact just like off the toy store shelf! She has all of her original accessories, her original bubble pipe, baby bottle, Kleenex, washcloth, sponge, pacifier with pink ribbon, pink & white booties, flannel diaper with pins and the adorable onsie that she is wearing. She has high color rosy cheeks, lips. Her stunning sapphire Rock A Bye blue eyes will rock slowly to sleep as you gently rock her in your arms. Tiny is a drink, wet and cry baby doll that cry’s real tears and cries when you press her little tummy. Her box is in excellent condition and as stated all the original cellophane is intact. You can’t go wrong with this precious little very collectible Tiny Tears one of the smallest made by American Character. Years of memories will come flooding back once you hold her in your arms if this was your childhood doll. Just maybe you always wanted her but for one reason or another never did get this dream doll but she can now belong to you and your childhood wish will be granted! Although the photos are beautiful of them they are even more stunning in person.
