Mom thought it was an Effanbee, but searching hasn't come up with a photo of it. It came with either light blue or pink clothes, looks like little baby bib-overalls with lace around the edges and wears a bonnet with lace around edges of that too. It has little cloth booties and a bottle. It has blue eyes and molded "hair" that is flat to the head, sort of light brown. She had a red and white checkered print cloth body, but her hands and face were the usual plastic they used in the 70's. Mine had dark brownish, short hair. She looked similar to the FP Lap Sitter dolls, but she was small. She had a sweet little face and I believe she came in what I remember to be a 'shoebox' type box, which was made to put her in. I'm from the southern U.S., I don't know if she was only made around here. She was a Christmas gift in 1977 or 1978. She was received from a classmate who was wealthy and the doll was obviously well made- much nicer than my other dolls. She had a plump bottom on her. I can't recall if she was dressed, I just remember the checkered print. I keep thinking she didn't have the plastic feet, they were cloth too.
